downloading fonts

i am attempting to download fonts to my macbook pro. i have downloaded from dafont without any problem, but now am trying the hungry jpeg. the file appears to download, but then it gives me the error message "the document could not be opened. the file isn't in the correct format. the file might be corrupt, truncated or in an unexpected format."

i do not have any idea how to fix that. the downloads from the hungry jpeg come with several formats but when it downloads, the icon is solid white- no writing /no zipper. help!!
